Titan TTB705BDS 80mm Bandsaw 230-240V is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 54.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect hobby bandsaw I did my research and the titan TTB705BDS came out on top for my needs and price point. I wanted this bandsaw for some hobby projects, I knew its limitations and drawbacks. I received the bandsaw along with an additional metal cutting blade last week and since then I've put it through some serious tests. It has exceeded my expectations at every turn, slicing through wood and 0.032" aluminum like its butter. The cuts are clean and straight. The machine is also surprisingly quiter than expected. The additon of a fence and mitre guide are much appricated, even if they are cheap and cheerful. The bandsaw was also easy to setup and operate. However, i highly recommend taking the time to watch a couple of youtube videos on changing the blade and how to tune and adjust it correctly. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Bandsaw Enjoying building wooden craft pieces and bit by bit expanding by picking up tools to move me into new areas. Had my eye on a bandsaw and went through reviews for pricier saws. Each time came back to the Titan as reviews very good but appeared to good to be true with the price in comparison. As I’ve bought Titan before and was happy with them thought I’d go for it. Cannot recommend enough. Almost go from out of the box, just a few pieces to sort with so easy instructions then bang. First test cut very happy so pushed it with thicker wood and tighter cutting. Just cut a piece so smooth and tidy that amazed. Don’t think about it if your in the market for such a saw superb value.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great tool. bought the saw and must admit at present I am very happy. assembly was straight forward, although I had watched a video review and setting up before hand. like many others have said, the giude is not the best, about 3mm of at the moment, but Ill maybe find a better way to secure soon. nevertheless for the price, its an excellent buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Basic bandsaw For the money good value some small minor changes could be made, the fench is of very poor design and needed altering before you could cut anything in a reasonable strait line.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every penny Got this band saw a few days ago after reading the many positive reviews. It's my first band saw, so not much to compare with, but I put it through some cross cuts, rip cuts and curved cuts, and I am happy. It's a huge upgrade from the jigsaw I used before. The saw is very quiet and has minimum vibrations. The dust extraction works well. It's also small and portable. A real joy to use. Can't comment on reliability, hence I gave it only 3 stars for that category. Highly recommended. Some people mentioned that the fence is wobbly. It is, but there is an extremely easy fix: Just slide a 1mm packer underneath on the far end of the fence (furthest away from you) before you tighten it. I got a bunch of plastic packers from Screwfix which have served me for all kinds of purposes, but you could just as well use some thicker cardboard. Problem solved. Axminster also sells a fence upgrade for 14 quid which you can bolt to this saw and should improve the fence even further, but with the packer tip, it's perfectly fine for rip cuts.
