Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid Bought this gun to replace my Rapesco 191EL (made by the same company) tried it as soon as I got home it jammed 5 times , think they know this, that's why they put release catch on the front so you can clear it, when your doing jobs. you don't want to keep getting jammed when your using tools. I gave 1 star because it wont let me give ZERO. Avoid Avoid Avoid .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buy something else After using this for some larchlap recently i spent more time getting frustrated by jams and the fact that this just does not fire!!! I am on a second one of these and still the same issues it stops firing and theres no reason why? Unfortunately i cant bring this one back as it just took flying lessons across the workshop. Upgrading to a better make!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t even entertain it! I bought this to fasten down some 6mm plywood on top of a wooden floor, after firing about 3 staples it got jammed up and then another few more and it would jam up again! It didn’t even put 100 staples in and I had to take it to bits a dozen times to keep removing the jammed staples. After losing patience with it I returned it and bought the cheaper Titan one instead which put in over 3000 staples and didn’t get jammed once! So save yourself the money and buy that one instead!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed,on my 3rd machine Now on my 3rd machine since Nov 2017, totally unreliable, Screwfix brilliant at replacing but the machine seems to have a design fault whereby the machines firing pin jams in the down position, rendering the machine unusable. Such a disappointment as otherwise, the machine, when it works is great, and as an upholsterer, this is a small, light machine that gets into small places. I'm returning tomorrow, but not very happy for a replacement. Back to a Dewalt hand stapler!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best stapler/nailer Bought this after reading the reviews on here. Great piece of kit. I bought this to staple put down some hardboard in a bathroom, Make sure you press down on the head of the nailer when you fire it as this will stop the staples or nails from sticking above what ever you fireing in too. Had a couple of staples jam but with the Quick-Release Nose no problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product After reading the reviews for this product, I was a little unsure and was finally swayed by its ability to deliver nails and staples. I need not have worried. It has belted in 35 mm brads all day as I installed a large quantity of t&g cladding. There was 1 misfire after a couple of hundred rounds, fixed in seconds and then several hundred more perfectly delivered. You do need to place your hand on the top of the machine as the instructions advise. This prevents recoil and ensures the brad is punched below the surface. Great tool for the price.
