Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work Spent a long time re-making joints to try and isolate the cause for my lack of signal. As a last resort I checked an aerial with excellent reception and the meter did not respond! I will return this for a refund, but its failure has caused me a lot of grief and wasted effort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job Handy little gadget, helped me align a new aerial and find a break in a cable i had, it does the job very nicely, comes with a useful cable and the only thing you need to add is a battery

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Don't listen to the naysayers! A lot of reviews are suggesting a faulty batch of this DVB-T meter. This is probably not the case and is more so the fact they do not know how to use the meter. DBuv is the unit for MICROVOLTS! Of course, this unit will not give a reading for less than 50DBuv as it is not designed to do so but this does not mean that the unit is faulty! I have used this meter as a basic tool to assist in Finding signal direction and strength. It is a great little tool....IF the user knows how to use it. It's like asking a bricklayer to fix a boiler and Brickie blaming the boiler for not working....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Strong signal area only This together with a duff aerial lead probably wasted two days of my time. I live in a weak signal area so have a 48 element yagi high gain antenna. Making various changes to wiring so bought this to avoid lugging small tv around to test signal. TV shows about 40% signal and reception okay. This signal finder - NOTHING. It is not sensitive enough. Even after fitting mast head amp which boosts the signal to 80% as shown by the TV, this tester was only managing to show one green flashing light. AVOID UNLESS IN A STRONG SIGNAL AREA.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Value for money This TV signal finder is one of the cheaper ones but does do the job. Lights increase as you find the right angle for your tv. You are able to set up on your own and not constantly shouting at someone looking at the tv downstairs if your antenna is in the loft. I would not like to spend a lot of money on something you may only use once or twice in your house.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Aerial Aligner I had a problem with my picture breaking up. The signal finder suggested that my signal could be better, but actually this was misleading. Eventually I called the professionals out and they had a very expensive meter. The problem was too much signal, fitted an attenuator and it was great. In the end, this wasn't great for me, but could have been in other circumstances.
