Rated 2 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable boots 1st review I've left for boots. 2nd pair of the SITE brand. Went for these because of good overall reviews and price, also water resistant. The boot itself looks good and for the price it's on the cheaper end of the scale but seemed fair. There's not alot more I can say, other then the 1st day of a 10 hour standing shift the skin above my ankles was rubbed red raw even with thick socks. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and 2nd day in started as the 1st had finished... painfully! Managed to just make it to the end of the day and took them straight back to the store for a replacement. Different brand. Not sure if it's a faulty pair as couldnt see a fault but of all the boots I've worn these have been the worst how anyone can say these a comfy I have no idea. Would never recommend these or try again. Honestly stay clear!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I purchased a pair of these 25/09/17, within 2 weeks the laces broke up to now i have bought 4 pairs pf laces. The leather on the left toecap is nearly worn through and the right on its way to. These have been a very poor pair of boots considering my last pair lasted 16 months doing the same job,but those were a more expensive pair. Ok for DIY no good for trades people.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely comfy safety boot. I'm a handyman so need comfy work boots for those big heavy jobs. I wore them recently to carry out a fencing job. The first day it rained heavy all day and these boots were not only super comfy from the outset they kept my feet dry all day. I typically use a pair of boots every 6-8 months so I'll have to see what durability is like

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Site boots Only worn them a couple of times but they are quite comfortable with no rubbing which you normally get with new boots, they are well worth the money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Last time I buy site. Had this pair bought for me (by the old man, he got himself a pair) as did another lad I work with. Honestly, don't bother. I did buy myself a pair of riggers under the site brand the end of last year while I was on a very muddy job. They were very uncomfortable and offered little support but as I'm not commonly a user of such boots I put it down to the change of style. After wearing these for just short of a month I can say they're one of the most uncomfortable pairs of boots I've had the displeasure of wearing. I'm only grateful that I didn't pay for them. Hard around the toes, very little give on the sole, the laces have already given up and broken as well as the cuff never being tight enough to stop swarf or grit getting in the boots even though I wear overalls over the top of them. I can only presume those who give reviews suggesting they're comfortable get their experience from being sat in the canteen. The other two guys have gone back to their old boots which were Knackered. That's how disappointing these are. If you're in need of S3 boots my advice would be spend the extra on them if you're in them all day/5days a week. You'll thank yourself down the road.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Strong Engineering Boot First experience of this boot was painful. I take size 11 but these boots come up tight fitting and after a day's wear I could hardly walk. Measured against an old pair of Amblers size 11 they were about 7mm shorter so took them back. Shop team got me a pair of size 12 and now fit fine and wearable all day in comfort. Boots are very strong and should endure rough treatment. Just make sure you get a size bigger than usual...
