Sabrefix Builders Band Stainless Steel 20mm x 9.6m is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 33.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Builders band review Good price for this stainless version. Used it to support some hanging aluminium metal work outside so went for stainless version. No great weight being held so cannot comment on overall strength. Cut easily with tin snips.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very useful Great product, very good value for money, has multiple uses, very versatile, would recommend. As stainless steel ideal for outside use. Only thing I would say is be careful with the edges as they can be very sharp and cut through skin very easily - As if found out the hard way!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very useful I've used this as strapping and bracing for a big timber shed on dwarf wall. This is the good stuff, stainless steel, which means it can be hammered to shape more. In most cases the galvanised alternative will be sufficient and slightly cheaper. Use this stuff when it's permanent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from xmas lights to plastic Soffits How did i hang xmas lights from plastic soffits without making holes cut a short 4 or 5 hole length (use tin snips) of builders band bend the end over and flatten it with pliers to remove one sharp edge slide this into the gap on the underside of the plastic panel between the front trim panel and the box section and hang your lights on the first hole that is protruding the strip should hold as an interference fit, a slight kink by hand or pliers may be needed to acheive this if the gap is larger. when the xmas lights come down slide out the strips

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I hope it lasts I thought that I'd better let everyone know that this may be an inferior stainless steel. I say that because it is magnetic. I was always told that magnetic stainless is an inferior grade and may not be as durable in outside conditions. There may be experts among you that have no problem with this. I have just used this banding as a bracket to secure a soil pipe in Cornwall, about a mile from the sea. I really do hope it lasts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very useful banding Great banding ... I'm using it to secure barrels to the underside of pontoons and being stainless it should outlast the steel structure.
