Plumbing Tools by Rothenberger Telescopic Basin Wrench 32mm is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 88.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Five Stars Not Enough Second time I have used Rothenburger wrench. This time fitted two Flexi Pipes to garage sink taps, they had been leaking. Very awkward access .You can spend 20 minutes undoing one nut at base of tap, with difficult access. These were difficult. Nut undone in about 4 Mins. Grips really well. Same when tightening up Flexi Pipe. No skinned knuckles either. Over the moon with it, don't know how I have managed without one. 270 - 450 m/m adjustable length made huge difference, I needed it.. So well worth the extra money. Wrench built like a tank, very high quality. jaws work really well. NOT PLASTIC think they are metal forgings. Probably last forever. Design is really good, saves your fingers & time. Above all easy to use & it works!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cracking tool Very, very good. The ability to extend the shaft is brilliant for hard-to-reach tap nuts, plus I really like the fact that the jaws are spring-loaded and grip straightaway. The jaw section also flips over for instant change between 'loosen' and 'tighten'. Well recommended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thank goodness for screwfix! Found myself in great difficulty attempting to replace bath filler. Mullered the plastic nuts off but unable to reach connectors. This wrench made the whole job possible. Easy to use, very flexible and once used to using it correctly, it grips the connectors and large securing nuts. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got me out of a fix! I had to fit new bath taps which had been originally fitted before the bath was moved into place. With no room to get any of my plumbing spanners onto the nuts, let alone turn them I was in a fix. This extendable tool came to the rescue and made the job relatively easy. Working almost blind it took less than 10 mins to get the tool in place and remove the nuts. If it was possible to fit a ratchet spanner on the end it would have been even easier. Very solid and does the job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Reliable Tool! A very reliable tool when it comes to dealing with taps. If you work with taps as much as I do, then you would understand the much needed necessity of this tool right here!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth paying a bit more for. I bought a cheaper adjustable one at first (not sure whether from Screwfix or elsewhere). It looked similar but did not grip the nut and just wouldn't do the job. Then I bought one of the blue solid non-adjustable basin wrenches. That didn't have a size on it which would the feed nut on my taps so I bought this Rothenburger adjustable. It gripped so much better because it has decent teeth and in my case the telescopic adjustment really helped. I also ended up needing the fixed wrench to tighten the nut holding the tap to the basin and the job was still hard on a very tight vanity basin with pedestal in the way, but it would have been impossible without this.
