Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does what it says on the tin I purchased two of these to make life a little easier. And it worked the valves turn on and off quickly and easily without having to keep turning and turning stiff old stop taps. they are worth every penny for the piece of mind will last me a few good years I bet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Quality. Have used these many times. They are a little pricey compared with other brands, but in my opinion worth it. Installing since 2006 and still in perfect order. Have used the nasty little isolation valves which seem to add noise in the pipe and one never has a screwdriver to hand to isolate when all goes wrong. Using this, it's just a flick of a switch to isolate and being full bore and good quality, seems to keep water noise at minimum. Will use every time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent valve :-) bought two of these to replace the two gate valves in my shower feeds that were leaking when shut. Minor pipe length rework 'cos these valves are longer than the gate valves that came out but no other issues and they shut the line of like they are supposed to. Couldn't have got a better fix if I's tried - very happy bunny here :-)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Valve, but.... Bought 3 of these. as I needed two and 3 makes it cheaper and also a spare. Fitted first one fine, went for the second one, first nut was fine, second nut started fine, then when I met resistance from the olive, the nut cracked and a large chunk fell off. Bit disappointed, as had to remove the new slightly compressed olive. Luckily had my spare, and just fitted the new olive and nut. Valves are great, and shut off the water effortlessly. Better than a stop cock anyday of the week. Screwfix replaced the broken unit, no quibbles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick cost effective shut off Great taps for shutting water supplies off in the house. Stop cocks and gate valves take a few turns but quarter turn is all that is needed with these. Bought gate valves 27542 and 85316 before and they never shut off completely. Isolator valves are good for the money but the brass screwdriver slot gets damaged if used frequently, not used correct size screwdriver, etc. These valves don't need a screwdriver. If you have a rented property and a there is a leak, any tenant is competent enough to shut off the water supply until a plumber arrives to investigate the problem so I would have them on every pipe run.
