Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grab a Hold of this great Vice Excellent piece of kit. Attaches smoothly to the work top. The Vice is great at holding the items I am working on which is stick building

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very cheap & unreliable Snapped on first use due to overtightening, would not grip my item fully and caused it to spin when pressure from the drill was applied. Would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value, very handy for odd jobs Bought this because I was installing some new locks in the house that required some hack sawing. Have since used it for a number of odd-jobs and very pleased with it, especially the rubber vice grip which prevents scratching (although possibly makes it unsuitable for heavy dute jobs). Does the trick and at the right price. Happy to recommend it for home use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A 'Crafters' delight. I bought this for my wife's crafting work...(with a view to pinching it when I needed) what a great tool Strong, surprisingly light, but absolutely 'Rock Solid' when afixed to any table. I would recommend this vice to anyone who does finer. or smaller pieces of work which does not require a much larger piece of equipment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Multi-angle vice A very clever, useful little vice. Comes with rubber jaw protectors to safeguard your work, although, they won't last long under heavy clamping. Whole body is aluminium so won't stand up to heavy clamping pressures, but, at this size you won't be doing that anyway. The lock-off nut holds the jaws tight at the angel you want,- very good if you're doing small grinding work for example. I've used it to hold my oil stone sharpening my chisels, no problems so far. Doesn't take up any space for storage after use either. Wicked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ideal!! Screwfix have done it again!!! Cheap as chips, but worth much more. Ideal little vice for small to medium jobs in my workshop and easily stored away when finished. 10/10

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Table vice. I purchased the multi angle vice to use so that I could practice my trade as a locksmith. So far it has performed well. It claps to my dinning table and can be adjusted so that you can get the correct angle to work. It is solid when tightened, up holding a stable position throughout. I can't comment on longevity as I have only had it a month. I would recommend this vice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as expected, but........ I bought this based on the answers supplied by Screwfix Product Support in the Q&A section. Both answers are wrong! The maximum jaw opening width is about 66-68mm (not 75mm Screwfix) without the rubber jaw covers, obviously less with. Be careful opening past the 65mm mark as there is no stop for the moving jaw and so it just falls off, in my case straight on to my foot! The maximum bench thickness this vice will attach to is slightly over 50mm (not 75mm Screwfix). Summary 1 - completely useless for the purpose for which it was purchased, but...... I like it, already found loads more uses for it in my workshop and the build quality (flying jaw excepted) is very good for the price. Summary 2 - Great little piece of kit when you know its limitations and excellent VFM. 75mm in the product name refers to the actual width of the jaws themselves, not how far they open.
