Irwin Record Pro Workshop Vice is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 39.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Record vice Great medium sized vice. Easily mounted to worktop. Good grip on jaws to hold items securely which does not mark the workpiece.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Irwin vice Bought this as a first vice of my own, very good quality, strong clamping force, very well finished and just feel like a very good quality vice overall. It is a small vice but as other reviews have said it makes up for that in performance. Blots well to my work bench

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bit of workshop tooling I needed a new vice that was up to the job and this one fits the bill perfectly. Within half an hour of delivery it was secured to my benching and the very next day it proved its worth with a small task that needed securing while I worked on stuck bolts. Reliability rating is based on expectations rather than experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid and well made Does what a vice should do. Strong, well build and great vfm. Wish I had bought one of these a few years ago as it is great for all sorts of jobs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little vice Can't recommend enough. Needed a vice for a job out of the workshop and didn't fancy removing and taking the big old record workshop vice with me so bought this. Wasn't expecting much for the price and size but what it lacks in size it makes up for in performance. Great jaws that don't mark the steel in anyway. Great clamping force, strong enough to hold a 12mm round bar while cutting a thread on the end. Appears to be a well made well machined little vice and looks as though it should last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DIY Need a small vice for the garage. After reading reviews I went with this unit. A really good buy and a well made product. It does every thing I required and more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple but Effective Vices are simple and so is this one. Seems very sturdy, haven't used it in earnest yet, but it looks and feels the biz. Bolts to attach it would have been ideal, but I had some myself anyway.
