Harris Trade Long-Reach Cutting-In Brush 2" is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor I have used many of this type of brush especially on my barge in France. This one however is the worst yet,the bristles came out from the first stroke using gloss paint and to such an extent that I had to abandon the job within 10 minutes. Very disappointed with Harris who trade on their name. I learnt to paint on Shell tankers 60 years ago have have never really stopped.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good finish Always use Harris trade brushes. Good quality and good finish and they clean up well too if you look after them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job. Only really require this brush for awkward hard to reach jobs. The key thing to do to any new brush is to leave it soaked in cold water overnight. This prevents bristles from coming out as the handle wood expands and you can brush out any loose bristles before you start. :-)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Only just OK Very surprised that Harris, as a decent brush maker in the past, is prepared to put its name to this very poorly made product. I've never used such a ropey brush. Very thin at the stock which is poorly attached and it looses bristles on every stroke. I'm only sticking with it as I've got a tricky patch to paint that nothing else will reach. Try a bit harder Harris, even if it means the price goes up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but bristles come loose I bought this and a set of five Harris trade brushes. The handle makes it really useful for not only awkward angles but also reaching up high. I am happy with the brush but it could be a perfect brush if only Harris would only use the same bristles as on their trade short handled brushes. I have been painting my hallway which has embossed wallpaper and although the brush works well, some bristles have come loose. They may have used different bristles from their trade brushes because some of the spaces the brush needs to be used like behind radiators are very narrow - who knows. Anyway the brush is very useful but could be improved with better bristles.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Long handle paintbrush. Good for cutting in awkward places but I Spent more time picking out bristles from fresh paint - was shedding them more than a long haired Alsatian I once owned! Not great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from save your moey Best thing I can say about this brush Is turn it upside down and use the Handle to stir the paint

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rather disappointing. I bought this brush to replace a much cheaper plastic handled version I had bought from Screwfix previously. I felt that the Harris brand would ensure good quality and performance but how wrong I was. After its first use the bristles splayed quite badly making it well nigh impossible to achieve a neat line of paint. In addition the brush has shed quite a number of bristles, a fault I thought had disappeared in modern brushes. All in all I was surprised and disappointed, I would not buy again.
