Rated 4 out of 5 by from SPREADER CLAMP No problems so far although ive only had these clamps for a few days. Useful length and seem to do the job just the way they should.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Clamp/Spreader Have used them both as a clamp and as a spreader which is a very useful feature. Cheaper than most other similar clamps even at Screwfix and much better than a clamp only. You are unlikely to be able to use this device with one hand as it is 36 inches long but having said that someone will correct this statement. As I bought 2 for the repair of several dining chairs where the joints had separated they have done the job very effectively. Since using them I realise it is very important to ensure they are positioned accurately because as you tighten them they can slide off. Slightly larger/deeper jaws would be an asset but that would probably involve a bigger price tag.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not great unbagged the clamps put the first one across the table top i was building and the handle snapped off in a rush so super glued it back on un bagged the second clamp and the plastic ratchet inside snapped off so had to undo the screws and superglue that as well nothing broke on the third clamp i purchased but overall not impressed with the quality

Rated 2 out of 5 by from good for one squeeze!! I recently brought 2 of these clamps thinking they would be fine for the amount of times i would use them being a site joiner, but i was extremly dissapointed with the power or lack of as it were, as soon as they are clamped to something its only possible to give them one squeeze and thats it!...suppose theyd be fine for holding something in place for a while but if your looking for some heavy pressure on something while it glues definatly look at something else!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Exceptional Value This clamp does everything I need, and cost about half as much as competitors. Only just received it so cannot comment on reliablity.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cheep but not so chearful You get what you pay for. This clamp is cheep in every way. I used it to hold a straight edge in place while doing some routing but it wouldn't hold it tight enough not to slip, my 30 year old clamps F clamps are much better. It's going back for a refund.
