Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product arrived solid Couldn't use it as it arrived solid in the tube, maybe it was damaged or past it's shelf life.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What can I say? Basically a VERY small, VERY expensive tube of clear silicone. Struggled to stop a very slight drip leak, which was quite literally under no pressure. Placed a strip of this product next to a strip of clear silicone onto a piece of card and found no difference whatsoever, both smelt, felt and reacted/cured identically.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for professional/novice Great for shower traps, pop up wastes and compression fittings. For the novice plumbers out there. Put the LS-X on the olive not on the thread!!! Rookie mistake to put it on the thread of a compression fitting. You can put this stuff on a male fitting, ie, capping something off. If you are using iron pipework I wouldn’t use this. Use loc-tite.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works a treat Bought this to stop a tiny leak on bathroom radiator where valve would not tighten further. It did the job. It needed a couple of applications and valve is now dry. Good stuff, would use again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clearly better. Had a Baby Burco start leaking around the bottom plate. Had tried another sealer underneath around the joint but it didn't stand up to the boiling water for long. Cleaned it all off and used the LS-X and so far so good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sealed weeping joints Central heating I had installed kept losing pressure. I found that the plumber had reused some of the original pipework that I had paid him to replace. Undone the leaking compression joint and applied sealant. Tightened back up and job finished. No more loss of pressure.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't believe the hype Bought this to fix a weeping rad valve. Not a massive leak - not even enough to even fill the LID of a butter tub overnight. Saw all the 'brilliant' reviews so bought some. IT DID NOT WORK. The water just pushed through. Put more and more on - the water just pushed through. Waste of time and money.
