Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good bit. Tiled my bathroom with tiles a lot tougher than i thought. No normal masonary drill would touch them.Bought this, you have to take your time but it cut a nice clean, precise hole.Give it a try.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bit pricey but does the job Fitted a bathroom for a customer and tiled it in porcelain tiles which I know from past experience are like cast-iron. I knew I had at least a dozen fixing holes to drill so bit the bullet and shelled-out for this drill bit, a 22mm bit for two radiator pipes and the suction drill guide all by Erbauer. All worked a treat saving me a lot of time, stress and cracked tiles. The 8mm bit is worn-out after 18 holes but I won't hesitate to buy a replacement for my next bathroom job. The drill guide is awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 11mm porcelain, no problem!! Had to drill 11mm porcelain tiles to fix down a toilet and previous cheap drill bit just blunted and made no headway. Bought this and made a nice clean cut and went through the tile in minutes. Very impressed. There is wax up the inside of the drill bit, think it's function is to keep the drill cool. Expensive but does they job and can be used again and again. Recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than expected Bought this to drill into the underside of a quartz worktop to fit the clamps of an under mount sink. I asked the fitting company to drill them but when the top arrived they had not done it, I was worried if they had not done them I expected it to be a difficult to do. I set about it with doubts but it proved to be a wizz easy as! the drill using the guide drilled the hole perfectly and with ease. was a revelation. I can whole heartedly recommend this drill

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best one yet I've tried various wet and dry bits over the years, some of them worked ok if a bit slowly, others were virtually useless. This Erbauer bit is the first one that has actually impressed me - quick and (so far) durable, exactly what I needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well wort the money I really wish I'd bough one of these months ago, before fitting towel rails onto our ceramic tiles, a job that hours. A new bathroom cabinet with 7 screw holes looked as though it would take days with existing tile drills. This bit breezed through the ceramic tiles within 20 minutes.I didn't bother with a guide, but started with a standard tile bit, expanded it slightly with a masonary bit to give a small hole through the surface. Then I went in at an agle and straightened. It really is worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use this for Porcelain Tiles Cant believe the difference in this tile drill and the other rubbish that is on the market. Ok it is expensive, but cuts through 10mm hard porcelain in minutes instead of hours. No water cooling required and works on high speed drills. What isnt there to like other than the price.
