Erbauer Diamond Core Drill Bit 38mm x 150mm is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Done the job I bought this for a "once off" job together with the hex arbor. I was a bit worried as it had to go through an unglazed tile before hitting blockwork. Apart from a few sparks, all went well. The trick is to drill a 10mm pilot hole first. Then fit a long tapered 10mm into the arbor and use it as a guide for the first inch or two with the core bit. Don't push or force the drill. Let the bit do the work. Don't forget to switch off the hammer action. 5 stars given as it did the job.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 25 core holes then it gave Up! Bought with set of 3 cores and accessories as late on Friday night and screwfix still open. I have now been converted. First 10 or so holes were like going through butter as they were breeze block walls, then a flint wall which took longer but managed and the next 10 were engineering blocks and brick which it dealt with, but today she finally gave up and the teeth folded in on themselves. Buying another tomorrow. I also use the 5" and 6" cores about 3 times a week and they are just as good

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job Scored low on reliability as only had it a week so don't know Needed additional core for 1"1/4 waste pipe from boilers, does the job

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great hole cutter I purchased this as I needed to fit a sink waste pipe through a solid 9inch brick wall. Absolutely no problem for it...a good clean quick job by someone who had never used such an item before. Highly recommended. Used with the Diamond Core SDS Plus Arbor which I purchased at the same time

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good job first time out! Never used the Erbaur range before, but it all went smoothly, although it is important to follow the manufacturers guidelines re drill speed and patience! Easy to assemble with the Hex arbor and the guide drill. Drilled thru a 20 x 10 x 5cm block paving brick and it was a neat, right size drill hole. Special thanks to the staff at the local Screwfix store who sorted everything I wanted in about 10 minutes flat! Great service! No hesitation in recommending this brand / product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Core drill I have other sizes from this manufacturer and have had no issues at all with them, all cut well repeatedly and this one was the same so had no hesitation buying it.
