Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Value Bought with another plug in version to give two bell-pushes and two chimes. Easy to set up and allows different chime sounds depending on which bell-pushes is operated. Not as 'rock solid' operation and setting as more expensive units but still acceptable. Took about 5 minutes to set up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FIixing the Bell to the Wall Whilst this bell has no means of fixing it can easilly be modified to be wall mounted. Slide the battery cover off and using a small drill bit you can drill a small hole in the battery cover. Use a small countersunk screw as the clearance between the batteries and the cover is not that great. You can countersink the hole slighly but be carefull as the plastic is only a few mm thick. Drill a small hole in the wall where you want to fix it and insert a small wall plug. Screw the bell battery cover to the wall then fit the bell to the battery cover by sliding it up onto the plate. For changing the batteries you just need to slide the bell down THe reliability star rating I have put as one star. Thats simple because I will not know for several months if it is reliable or not

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beware the installation The product works fine - 100% - BUT... I installed the bell push on a porch door and put the chime at the top of the stairs. It would not work. After much messing around I realised the metal lintel above the door opening was right in between the push and the chime, and it was masking the radio signal. Before deciding on your final installation, put everything in place and test it out. If there are any metal objects (iron/steel mainly) between the push and the chime, look for a different set-up. Dropping the push 18" down the door jamb cured my problem.
