Even got a decent finish using the 80-tooth blade that comes with it. As others have mentioned, the laser guide is useful but isn't aligned particularly well on my unit, but it's close enough to do a half-decent job. Overall, great value for the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sideshow808 from Fell apart on second use! Bought this tool for sectioning floorboards. On opening the box, the laser guide was poorly aligned, and no use as a cutting guide. On first board the laser guide fell off, as it was only affixed with some short self tapping screws into the plastic housing. On second use, the depth marker fell off (same issue with very short self tapping screw), which meant it became difficult to change depth of cut. Tool returned for refund and opted for a completely different brand. Wish I hadn't wasted my time and petrol!

For the price you can't beat this saw,once you have one you'll wonder how you managed without it.You have to get used to how it operates but once you do you will be whizzing through the job.Pity Screwfix don't stock blades but they are available easily on certain web sites.
