Titan TTB582PMP 400W Automatic Dirty Water Pump 240V is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 245.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic pump. Exceptionally pleased with this product. Customer has a dog grooming parlour on a steeply sloping site and below the drains. Foul water is from the dog bath, no solids, but the waste is unsuitable for a garden soakaway. This Titan pump is lifting foul water up three metres from an underground tank, into the house sewage drain. It's permanently installed and pumps once or twice a day for just a few minutes. It's doing the job and I can see it's an install and forget item. Customer delighted. Worth every penny of the most reasonable price. Thanks Screwfix.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value sump pump I have a pub with a cellar and a sump for sloshing out. I get through a lot beer which means lots of heavy barrels been dropped around which makes any pump prone to damage. Over time I've had a lot of pumps. I've had expensive ones and I've had cheap ones. This one holds its own against them all and at the lower end of the price range I would recommend it all day long. In my circumstances it sits in 600mm of sludgy water and pumps out at a head of 2.3m. If you're looking for a pump that does a lot of work in an environment that makes it susceptible to damage, this pump is a good choice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very inpressed I bought this pump to filer and drain an above ground swimming pool. It worked flawlessly for hours at a time. High volume of water moved (it fills a 10L bucket instantly if that gives you any idea). Would recommend getting a flat hose and circlips when purchasing, as it is too much water moving to go through a garden hose or similar diamiter. Overall, very impressed for the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dirty water pump I needed a dirty water pump to remove a lot of water from building foundations which had a tendency to become 'little Venice' after a rain shower. This pump does a brilliant job. Where the float switch doesn't sit high enough to activate the pump it is a simple task to activate manually. Recommended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value pump I bought this to empty a disused septic tank which had half-refilled with ground water. Took about an hour to pump out what I estimate was about 3000 litres (about 50 litres per minute) but the lay flat hose I used tended to kink and restrict the flow. The 150 litres per minute is probably the best the pump could ever do with no outlet hose or needing to pump from below ground level. As the pump has a float switch the flow rate isn't a big problem - you just leave it until it switches off. The only criticism I have is that the outlet connector aligned vertically downwards when tightened up ! I used some 45mm O.D. flat rubber plumbing washers to pack the base of the female thread so that the adaptor clamped on the washers and pointed upwards.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good pump so far Bought today so no long experience,Bought for pumping out a surface drain prior to unblocking. The pump worked a treat.Used 4 cable ties and a piece of string to create a manual function on the float switch .A hole on the top of the float switch would have been better to attach a string to .Plus a groove in the middle of the handle to locate the lowering and lifting rope would also have been good. This 400W pump proved to be better than the 6 inch drain with wire mesh to catch the bits so buying the cheapest proved to be the right one for me .Dog pool pumped out in 7 mins
