Pegler Tee Ball Valve Blue 15mm is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ball valve A good size handle makes it easy to operate and seems to be sturdier than other plastic type lever valve

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality, full bore Really high quality valve worth paying a little more for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well made, full bore. These appear well made and are full bore to avoid any loss in pressure when being used with a shower.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Professional Incredible quality, full-bore quarter turn valve. Always keep a couple of these in my van now. More expensive than the cheap service valves, but in a different league.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just fitted a pair of these... ... as isolators when installing new taps on my bathroom basin. Possibly overkill for this purpose but I've had problems with cheap screw head type isolators in the past. I'm no plumber but I fitted them easily enough with no leaks. They feel like decent quality and look good inside the vanity unit ;-) As they're easily turned on and off, I hope they will get tested regularly and therefore kept operational ( unlike the isolation valves on my boiler which have jammed solid). Obviously I won't be able to comment on reliability for a few years yet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but.... A nice valve when fitted but I have fitted 3 so far and two have had problems: 1) One valve did not shut completely, needed slight filing to the lever to allow it to get to 90 degrees. 2) Two had leaks from compression joints. One was solved by changing the olive, the other ended up needed ptfe tape on the olive to seal it. To put that in perspective, I did 6 other compression joints that day and all of them were leak free on the first attempt. It isn't my technique ;)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from MUST check before leaving shop I previously gave a 1 star review for the red version. Unfortunately I have had another one (blue this time) where the ball valve does not fully shut / open. There is play in the mechanism. Some of them seem to be mis-manufactured; so if you get one that is fine, it's brilliant. They are very well made with the materials. But if you get the one in ten that is mis-manufactured then it won't operate properly. Open the packet and check the valve fully opens and closes before you leave the shop and get home. There must be no play in the handle mechanism relating to the ball valve movement. If there is, get them to swap if for another one. Shame cos we pay so much extra for Pegler they need to get this right every time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality (at a price) Top quality isolator. Costs 10x what I can get a cheapo ballofix valve for, but far easier to operate and considerably better quality. The large lever makes life far easier when draining/filling/pressure testing etc On cheap jobs I'll give the client the option of having these but usually fit them as standard. Never had one fail but seen plenty of cheapo screwdriver ones leak, seize or gone US because the screwdriver slot has been butchered. These are the only type you'll find fitted in my own property.
