Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bargin This was on offer at a price that made it almost disposable! I was pleasently surprised. Odd spindal lock mechanism and no safety button to reduce risk of accidental start. Otherwise quite impressed with quality. Smooth plunge mechanism, not to noisy and takes euro style guide bushes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid bit of kit I've had this for a couple of years now and have used it for several jobs. For the last few months I've been using it almost daily whilst making fitted wardrobes - trimmig edges, fancy pattern work, rounding... it's had a LOT of use and never missed a beat. Particularly like the ease of changing bits. My old one was much trickier. This takes around 30 seconds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Router As an occasional DIY user of a router I am very impressed by this product, I am pleasantly surprised by its feeling of robustness and general ease of use, which provided immediate confidence when first used. The on/off and speed control switches are perfectly positioned for thumb operation on the handle grips, while the rotating stepped depth setting control is a simple and effective way of ensuring the cutting depth is increased in sensibly graduated steps when deeper routed details are required. The built in spindle lock is also very handy. I have only given 4 stars for reliability as I have not used it enough to comment from experience, but from the general feel and effortless performance experienced so far this appears promising, but at this price you really can't go wrong. I recommend for DIY and occasional professional users alike. Usual compliments to Screwfix for excellent value and service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Router..and cheap too! Was a bit apprehensive at first as the Router is not a recognised big brand...but after using it...I was amazed at its ease of use...the power button is perfectly placed in the grasping handle and the variable speed controller in the other grasp...I can't fault it in anyway. Cheap yet looks and feels like a quality product...highly recommended.
